Minimum Order

A minimum amount of $100 is required for every order.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices vary by location. For international rates and oversized items, please contact us for the most accurate and reliable quote.

Custom Orders

Orders for custom printed basketball sideline chairs, stools, wall padding or other products may not be eligible for return or refund, excluding cases of manufacturer defect. Any change requests are subject to approval. Please allow 9-11 weeks from time of artwork approval to the time of shipment for custom sideline chairs, depending on level of manufacturer customization.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on custom products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If a delivery is refused for any reason other than a damaged product, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. All returns after 30 days will not be accepted. If you refuse a delivery with no valid reason or for buyer’s remorse, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Products Not Eligible For Return

Custom orders – Custom printed chairs, stools, or wall padding are not eligible to be returned unless due to manufacturing defects. We carry a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on chair and stool frames. Please contact us immediately if you find your product to have a manufacturing defect.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
