Absolutely! You do not need your artwork to get a quote. We can, however, create a mockup on just about any art file you have. Even a screen shot of the art you want!
The lead time for our custom printed chairs and stools fluctuates depending on the time of year. Most of the year we are able to produce our custom printed chairs and stools in under 6 weeks. Late summer and fall are when our lead times go up because of demand. The typical lead time during these months is 6-10 weeks.
Our chairs come with a 10 year warranty on the frames. Because our vinyl is digitally printed, we have very few issues with our vinyl holding up the life of the chair. We do have a 3 year warranty on our padding.
We highly recommend ordering 1 of our mobile chair carts when you order our custom printed chairs. Our chair carts can hold 18, 22 or 36 chairs. You do not want to store your chairs where there will be very high humidity for an extended time.
All of our chairs are digitally printed and none of them are screen printed!
Our custom sideline chairs are not to be used outdoors.
We offer 11 different frame colors however right now we do not offer a custom paint color.
For our CH100 and CH100DP custom printed chairs our weight limit is 380lbs. For our CH500 (Deluxe) chair the weight limit is 425lbs.
